Flintshire Flying School - Our Aircraft

Piper Tomahawk II PA38-112:

The Piper PA38 Tomahawk II is a pa38 tomahawk cheshirepurpose built two-seat training aircraft. It is fitted with full dual controls, low wings and a 'T-Shaped tail.' The Tomahawk cruises at 90kts and is capable of being airbourne for upto 5 hours before refueling.

Flintshire Flying School currently operates a fleet of three Tomahawks which are all available for solo and training hire seven days a week.


Piper PA28 Cherokee PA28-180:

The Piper PA28 Cherokee is a pa38 tomahawk cheshirepurpose built touring aircraft. As the TOmahawk is, the PA28 is fitted with full dual controls, and low wings. The Cherokee cruises at approx 110kts and is capable of being airbourne for upto 5 hours.

Flintshire Flying School currently operates one Cherokee 180hp which is available for solo and training hire seven days a week.


Flying School Visitors

Due to airport security restrictions, we ask all visitors to ensure you call us before you leave if you are planning to visit the school.

Once you confirm your visit we will pass your details on to our security gate who will then allow you on to the site.
